- New equipment is covered by the manufacturer's US warranty. In most cases, the warranty is also applicable overseas.
- WE DO NOT SELL GRAY MARKET EQUIPMENT!
- If your equipment needs service during the warranty period you may send it to us and we will forward it to the manufacturer or you may send it yourself to an authorized service center.
- We offer a 30-day parts and labor warranty on our used equipment.
- Repairs are guaranteed for 30 days from the time you receive your serviced equipment.

- Prices posted on our web site are only for mail orders to be shipped to your locale. Prices at our retail location may be higher.
- Order confirmation doesn’t constitute a final offer or contract.
- All orders are subject to management review and approval and if found to be invalid due to any reason, are subject to cancellation by management.
- We reserve the right to cancel any international orders that do not meet our verification standards.
- Please note that prices change frequently, and we cannot offer price protection on any product that has already been shipped to you.

- All returns must be authorized by Discount Camera.
- Any merchandise returned without authorization will be refused.
- All exchanges must be done within 5 days of receipt of the product. Please include a copy of your original sales receipt.
- All returns must include original factory box, original factory packaging (foam plastic wrappings, etc.) blank unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork.
- Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not accept product packaging that is not in its original condition.
- All merchandise must be in its original condition. Damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted.
